Leadership abilities
Demonstrated connection to sports
Evidence of financial need
United States citizenship
Attend high school in North Texas: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, Wise counties.
Scanned copy of an official transcript
SAT and/or ACT score transcripts
Provide financial information, including parents’ most recent federal income tax return (1040) OR a FAFSA SAR (Free Application for Federal Student Aid Student Aid Report).

2 letters of recommendation
